Life is a cumulative process. Anyone who has ever moved; has cleaned out the home of a loved one who has died; has been left with the remainders of children leaving home, know about the impact of untended material accumulation.
Beyond the material is the accumulation that shapes our minds and spirits. Along the way we pick up patterns of relating; habits of the heart; explanations for perceived success and failure; defining events; losses and challenges; joys and sorrows.
The larger story shaped by these parts of our experience is often obscured in the headlong action of life itself. Life Review offers an opportunity to look at our various accumulations, to assess what is moving us forward and what may be holding us back.
